The Battle of the Jeggings

Since the jegging craze hit the market, women (and men!) all over the map have been going insane for them! The beauty of the jegging is that it offers up the stylish and classic look of a jean, but with comfort and fit that has blown traditional denim out of the water! There is no doubt in our minds that jeggings are hot, but who makes them the best!?

First up, we have Charley 5.0:

The "skinny mini" gets toughened up with leather accents, softened down with lace print, and is a total celeb favorite. We've lost track of how many times we've seen Jessica Alba wearing Charley 5.0.

Next up is Goldsign:




















The newest addition to the Ambience arsenal, Goldsign is making a splash with our customers! They have been selling out as soon as we got them in, and the general consensus is that they, "feel like pajamas!" They may feel comfortable enough to fall asleep in, but they are sexy and sleek enough to take you from business casual to nightclub in an instant. Lindsay Lohan is already a believer, and so are we.

A veritable denim powerhouse, J Brand is the name on everyone's lips. They took the fashion world by storm when they introduced the Houlihan, and celebs everywhere can be seen sporting the brand. Their products are timeless, with an emphasis on fit and style. Worn by everyone from Rihanna to Angelina Jolie, you are in good company when you slip into a pair of J Brand jeggings.

Let's hear it for Black Orchid:



















Black Orchid jeggings have an incredible amount of stretch...and when we say incredible, we mean INCREDIBLE!! They boast a higher rise than most other jeggings - which has been met with a TON of rip-roaring approval from our customers. Seen all over Hollywood, Black Orchid is taking the jegging scene by storm.

And last but certainly not least, SOLD Design Lab:



















Ok, so we may be cheating a bit with this one. If you remember our previous post on SOLD, you'll remember that they stated that they are NOT a jegging - but a jean. That being said, we still like to consider them something along the lines of "a jean but way, way, WAY better". They have a fake zip fly, faux front pockets and functional back pockets that give you the traditional jean silhouette, with an outrageous amount of stretch. The fabric feels like butter, and once we put them on we never want to take them off. Even better - they make bell bottom styles in the same incredible fabric. That is a definite first!
